Delivery Information

Shipping Policy

  • Limitation: Initially, the service is available for Kanyakumari District specific pin codes.

2. Order Cut-off Timings

  • Orders can be placed between 06:00 AM and 11:00 PM on all working days.
  • Orders will not be accepted on holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Direct delivery orders will only be accepted for a minimum order value of Rs. 300.
  • For orders valued between Rs. 300 and Rs. 1500, delivery charges will apply in addition to the product cost, based on distance and pin codes, as determined by the company from time to time.
  • Orders exceeding Rs. 1500 will qualify for free direct delivery.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The delivery time for ordered products may vary based on distance; however, it typically ranges from 0 to 3 hours after the order is accepted.

5. Potential Service Interruptions

  • Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as heavy rain, accidents, traffic congestion, or restrictions imposed by traffic authorities.

6. Shipping Tracking

  • Customers will receive an SMS notification confirming product dispatch and shipping, allowing for online tracking.
  • Customers can monitor the delivery process through the order management section of the App after payment and successful order acceptance.

7. Curbside Pickup (Buy Online & Pick Up in Store)

  • Additionally, customers have the option to place online orders and pick them up directly at our store, warehouse, or designated pickup locations without leaving their vehicle, providing instant gratification.

  • Customers can place orders via our website or App, selecting curbside pickup during the checkout process.
  • Payment is completed online through our website or App.
